Params to update the vaulting network configuration.

Defaults to false

This configuration determines whether network interfaces remain active outside the configured vaulting windows or follow the vaulting window schedule. When set to true, network interfaces remain active even after vaulting windows close, overriding the default behavior. When set to false, network interface groups are brought online and offline based on the combined schedule of all configured vaulting windows.
