Update QoS DSCP

Update the cluster QoS DSCP configuration. Enable or disable the QoS feature, activate a profile with a DSCP value (e.g. Replication with mark-dscp=8), deactivate profiles, or revert to default.

Specifies the QoS update request (entry, toggleQos, updateProfile, updateAttachment, revertToDefault).

Specifies when operation is updateProfiles, allows ports in reserved ranges (25701-25799, 30002-31999, 32679-59999) and non-customizable service ports. If false or omitted, only Cohesity customizable service ports are allowed.
