Optional substring to filter forests by name. When omitted, all
forests for the account are returned. Matching is case-insensitive;
forests whose name contains this value are returned.

Specifies the opaque cursor returned by a previous response, passed
back to retrieve the next set of paginated results. The cursor is
server-generated and opaque; clients must not infer offsets, forest
names, or any internal state from its value. A cursor is valid only
for the same query parameters and does not survive a leader change
or process restart, in which case pagination must be restarted from
the first page.
