Initiate a recovery scan on the specified Backup and Recovery instance. Here the Backup and Recovery instance refers to the vault.

Privileges: BACKUP_COPIES_MODIFY

Initiates a recovery scan for the specified Backup and Recovery
instance. This scan identifies protections and policies that have this
instance set as a backup copy location. The scan may take a few hours to
complete.

Tenant id associated with the incoming request. This is used when the request comes from Helios/MCM for passthrough to cluster.
