List NetBackup tuning parameter

https://cluster.ip.address/v2/clusters/netbackup/tuning-parameters

Privileges: CLUSTER_VIEW

List the available NetBackup tuning parameters. Query parameters can be
used to filter by name and/or type. If no query parameters are provided,
returns all available tuning parameters.

Specifies the name of the tuning parameter to filter by. If provided,
only the tuning parameter with the matching name will be returned.
If not provided, all tuning parameters will be returned.

only tuning parameters with the matching type will be returned.
