Create graph node data resource identifier

Privileges: RESTORE_VIEW, RESTORE_DOWNLOAD

Create an opaque resource identifier for a graph node's data (content) blob. The returned resourceId can be used with the GET .../graph-nodes/content/{resourceId} endpoint to retrieve the content.
