Retrieve all Gaia AI Engine connections.

Privileges: GAIA_MODIFY Returns a list of all connections to the Gaia AI Engine, with optional filtering by deployment type, region, or cloud provider.

Filters connections by deployment type: - 'kBaas': Only BaaS (Backup-as-a-Service) provisioned regions. - 'kOnprem': Only regions supporting self-managed on-premises clusters. - 'kAll': All regions supporting Gaia AI Engine.
